Each new review finds its person.
Write a rule on stars, words in the review, your flag words or the location, and choose who gets it. The first rule that matches wins, and the person is told with a link to the review.

Questions
How many people and locations does each plan include?
Starter is for one location and two people. Pro includes two locations and takes up to 12, at A$10 a month for each extra one, with up to 10 people. Enterprise takes as many of both as you need.
Can a manager see only their own location?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Invite them as a member or viewer and choose their locations. Their reviews, counts and scores then cover those locations alone. Owners, co-owners and admins always see every location.
Can a location’s manager connect its Google profile themselves?
Yes. Send them an invite to connect it and they sign in to Google themselves, so nobody shares a password.
Is there a record of who did what?
Yes. The audit log keeps who did what and when, and owners, co-owners and admins can download it. It’s kept for 30 days on Starter, a year on Pro, and for as long as you’re with us on Enterprise.
