Questions

Which plans include Insights?

Starter, Pro and Enterprise all include topics, charts, the Cedric Score, the weekly email and Ask Cedric about your reviews. The difference is how many questions you can ask each month: 10 on Starter, 50 on Pro and no limit on Enterprise.

Can I trust the numbers?

Every figure in a chart is counted from your own data, never estimated by the AI. Ask Cedric works out your average rating and star mix over every review in scope.

Does it use the reviews I already have?

Yes. When you connect Google, Cedric brings in the reviews you already have and tags them by topic, so Insights has something to show on your first day.

Can someone outside Cedric get a report?

Yes. A scheduled report can email your numbers to up to 50 addresses, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Tell us who should get it and how often, and we set it up for you.

Does Ask Cedric see my customers’ names?

Only their initials. Cedric cuts each reviewer’s name to initials before your reviews reach the AI.
