Starter is designed for a single location with up to 2 users and 100 reviews per month. Pro supports up to 5 locations, 10 users, 1,000 reviews, plus cross-location reporting, competitor benchmarking, voice intelligence, GBP health audits, pipeline analytics, custom routing, and SLA compliance.

Annual plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount — the lowest rate available. Because you’re locking in a lower rate for the full year, annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. If you prefer flexibility, the monthly plan lets you cancel at any time with no commitment.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you never lose access mid-cycle.

No. Approve-first is the default on every plan. Autopilot is completely optional. When enabled, it auto-posts Cedric’s AI-crafted responses directly to Google, following the rules you set: star thresholds, keyword filters, business hours, and more.

Low-star reviews and sensitive keywords trigger automatic escalation on every plan. Flagged reviews are held for human review with a draft response and suggested action steps, even if Autopilot is enabled.

Never. Cedric uses OAuth only — we never see or store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
