Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime before it ends and you will not be charged.

What counts as a location?

One Google Business Profile is one location. A single shopfront with one Google listing is one location, even if it sells many things. Two branches with two listings are two locations.

Do extra locations cost more?

Yes, but less each time. Pro includes 3 locations and adds more for a small per-location fee, Multi includes 5 and adds more for less again. The more locations you run, the lower the cost per location, so growth never scales your bill out of control.

How much does annual billing save?

Annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper than paying monthly, on every plan. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the billing portal.

What happens if I exceed my review cap?

Review capture never pauses. We keep ingesting every review for your record. Only the AI processing (auto-replies and topic extraction) pauses, with a clear in-app upgrade prompt. You never lose data, only the AI value-add.

How does my review quota scale with locations?

Your monthly review-processing quota is your plan's per-location quota (Starter 75, Pro 100, Multi 125 reviews) times the number of locations you run, with a floor at the locations your plan includes — so you always get your included locations' worth, even before you connect them all. Pro starts at 300 (3 included locations × 100) and scales to 400 at its 4-location cap; Multi starts at 625 and scales to 1,250 at 10 locations.

Why is Pro capped at 4 locations?

At 5 or more locations you unlock the cross-location features (compare view, cross-location AI insights, HQ template propagation) and every location gets 25% more capacity. Pro keeps the entry tier focused on small operators.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.

Is there a setup fee or a lock-in contract?

Neither. There is no setup fee and no lock-in. Pay monthly and cancel anytime, or save with annual billing. You are in control from the billing portal.

What if I cancel an annual plan partway through?

You keep full access until the end of the 12 months you have already paid for, then the plan simply stops renewing. Because annual plans are paid upfront, the unused part of the term is not refunded for a change of mind. The 14-day free trial is there so you can be sure Cedric is right for you before you pay, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply if we ever fail to deliver.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays yours. Disconnect Google in one click and the token is revoked with Google on the spot. Ask us to close your workspace and we delete your data. Nothing is held hostage.
