A short briefing every Monday.

Each Monday Cedric reads what changed across your competitors and writes two to four things worth knowing, most urgent first. Most come with one thing to do this week, like asking this week’s regulars for a review.

  • One click opens a review request email.
This week, written Mon 19 Oct. Threat: two-for-one coffee before 8 am at Bluegum Bakehouse, whose weekly reviews have nearly doubled; ask this week’s Brunswick regulars for a review. Opportunity: Little Rook Café cut weekend brunch to Saturdays; say so in Fitzroy’s next Google post. Watch: Saltbush Espresso’s rating is up to 4.5.

What it reads, and what it can’t.

Cedric reads only what’s public: each competitor’s website, up to six more pages and two PDFs such as a price list, and their Google profile. It never reads their social media or anything behind a login.

  • Their reviews only if you paste them in: Google won’t let any tool pull a rival’s full history.
  • Photos it can’t prove are new aren’t reported.

Questions

How many competitors can I track?

Two on Starter, five on Pro, and as many as you need on Enterprise. Each one is compared with one of your locations, or with all of them.

How often does Cedric check them?

Every two weeks on Starter and Pro, and every week on Enterprise. The briefing is written each Monday from the latest checks, and you can ask for a fresh check on any competitor yourself.

Will I get an email when a competitor changes something?

No. Changes, the Monday briefing and each competitor’s page wait for you in Cedric.

Can Cedric read their Google reviews?

Not on its own. Copy a screenful of their reviews from Google and paste it in, and Cedric pulls out what their customers praise and complain about, their star mix and how often they reply.

See how you compare.
