“Great eggs and good coffee, but the music was so loud we gave up talking.”

Hamish, glad the eggs and coffee hit the mark, and sorry the music1 made it hard to talk. Thanks for saying so.Sam2Left out: We appreciate your feedback3

Waits for you
Every reply waits for you, drafted.

Posting replies to one and two-star reviews takes a second yes. Reviews with your flag words always wait. New accounts start with refund, lawyer, ACCC and chargeback.

Some reviews always wait for a person.

Reviews with your flag words, reviews someone has held, and anything from before you connected Google never post on their own. Google tells the reviewer every time you reply, so old reviews stay asleep until you ask for drafts of the four and five-star ones.

Questions

Will Cedric post anything without me?

Not unless you turn on Autopilot and choose Auto-post. Then you choose how far it goes: 5 stars only, 4+ stars, 3+ stars or all ratings. One and two-star reviews wait for you unless you choose to post them, and Cedric asks you to confirm that first. Reviews with your flag words always wait.

Will the replies sound like me?

Cedric learns from up to 30 of your past Google replies and a short brief about your business: your voice, your sign-off and the words you never use. The replies you post unchanged become examples for the next ones, and you can edit any draft before it goes up.

What happens if we use up the month’s drafts?

Cedric leaves a plain starter reply on each new review for you to edit until your allowance resets, and nothing posts on its own in the meantime. Starter includes 75 drafted replies a month, and Pro 100 per location.

Google drafts replies for free now. Why pay for Cedric?

If you run one location and get a review a week, Google’s free drafts may be enough, so try them first. Cedric drafts a reply after each check without being asked, and holds one and two-star reviews for you by default. It also learns from the replies you post. When we checked on 17 October 2026, Google’s drafting wasn’t offered to anyone managing more than one Business Profile.

Can Cedric get a bad review removed?

No. Only Google removes a review, and only when it breaks Google’s rules. Report it to Google, and answer it calmly so the next reader sees your side.

Try it on your own reviews.

Connect Google and read Cedric’s drafts for your three latest reviews before you turn anything on.
