Review Card
More Google reviews from customers who’d never type one
Typing a review on a phone is a chore, so most happy customers never do. Put this code on your counter and they can just say it. Cedric writes it up in their words, and they check it and post it to Google themselves.
A real scan, start to finish.

Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment of A$49 covers 365 days and up to 600 voice reviews on one location, and no card is kept on file. When the year ends you can renew or not; either way the printed code keeps working as a plain link to your Google review form, so nothing you have printed goes stale.
Do I have to prove it's my business?
No. Pick the business from the list and pay; nothing else is checked at purchase. Connecting your Google Business Profile in your dashboard afterwards is what shows you the reviews the code brings in.
What happens after I pay?
You land in your dashboard, signed in, with the card ready to download in four print formats. Change the wording, pick the format that suits your counter and print it. We also email you a link to set a password for next time.
Can I buy it for more than one location?
Yes. One card covers one location, because each code links to one Google listing. Buy one card per location, and each has its own files and its own scan count in the dashboard.
Does Cedric write the reviews?
No. The words are the customer's own. Cedric transcribes what they said and tidies it for reading, then shows it back to them to check, edit and post to Google themselves. Cedric never posts on their behalf and never asks for a rating first.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, yes, if no voice review has been recorded on the code. After that, a pro-rata refund is at our discretion. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply either way. See the Terms for the full wording.
Do I need a printer?
Any home or office printer. You get an A4 poster, a counter card, a table tent and a receipt footer as print-ready files; the poster is the one to start with.
